How we work

We understand how busy life can be and the last thing we want to add is unnecessary stress. We have built a program that is flexible to make it easy to work into your busy days!


Here's what working with Wittingly looks like:

Online therapy to fit your life

Video sessions are hosted on our secure patient portal. Join from home, the office, or anywhere you feel comfortable

Individual therapy sessions

50 minutes, typically once a week, until you're feeling better

Ongoing support

We are here when you need us. Even after your therapy "graduation" we will be here to provide support if you hit a rough patch or just need a check in.
